How to Report Misbehavior and Bugs in Duolingo

Reporting Inappropriate Behavior

If someone is harassing you, you can block them. If you believe someone is violating the rules and should have their account removed, please submit a bug report.

Reporting Financial Issues

If you see a charge for Duolingo but don't have an account, please contact your bank or credit card company. You can also report the issue to Duolingo by submitting a bug report.

To report an inappropriate or misleading ad, please click on the "Report ad" link below the ad.

If you find a mistake in a sentence or translation, you can report it by clicking on the "Report" button below the sentence.

Reporting Cheaters

If you believe someone is cheating in the leagues, please report them to Duolingo by submitting a bug report. However, it's important to note that Duolingo may not take action against reported cheaters.
